Mary Tyrrell is an independent Careers Consultant and qualified Guidance Counsellor with over 30 years experience in industry and education.  

Mary has advised hundreds of post-primary school students and helped them to make choices for further education and college.   Having also worked as a recruitment specialist, she has a keen interest in the world of work changes and the need to empower students with career navigation skills in the 21st century. 

Mary has designed and delivered employability training to jobseekers in community settings and to individuals and groups on SOLAS approved programmes, and also developed programmes for LEO’s, Skillnets, Clare Local Development Company and Community Enterprise schemes.
